This site is being built piece by piece.
Like every work in Estudio-Aire:
first the earth, then the light.

Both sites — jordan-gomez.com and fjordan.com — are under active construction. Some areas are finished, some remain in penumbra, and some have not yet begun — exactly like any series in production at Estudio-Aire. They will be revealed as work advances.

Artist

Federico Jordán-Gómez (Torreón, 1969) articulates a visual praxis founded upon a pneumatology of poetics and the levigation of telluric hylé: earth as historical pigment and liturgical process.
His œuvre —manifesting at the intersection of painting, photographic documentation, illustration, and sculpture— is grounded in caritas, the ontological structure of art.
He trained at the Antigua Academia de San Carlos (unam), completed specialized studies in Art Education (uanl), and pursues ongoing graduate research in Theological Anthropology (uniam). His practice has traversed diverse pathways across the visual arts.
Today, under the signature f.j-g : Projets et Séries, the artist defines his production as visual anagnosis, work that is prayer made matter. He explores the eschatology of the Apocalypse by distilling reliquiae earth from the Paredón desert into contemporary art circuits. Under f.Jordán : Éditions et Illustration, he systematizes semiotics applied to mass audiences.
A member of Mexico's Sistema Nacional de Creadores de Arte (painting snca, 2025) and the neue Gesellschaft für bildende Kunst (ngbk, Berlin), his presence is condensed within the open architecture of Estudio-Aire in Paredón, Coahuila, with satellite nodes in Plaza Santo Domingo (Mexico City), Berlin, and Paris.
He positions himself as the petite araignée: an entity that —from diminutive insignificance— weaves geometric and structural meaning into the void.
His artwork is represented by Colector, a contemporary art gallery representing top international artists, exhibiting worldwide.
